This approach provides comprehensive care in treating the whole individual.
Dr. Carter was born and raised in Southern California, enjoying surfing, hiking, and backpacking in the Sierras. He moved to Idaho to pursue his Ph.D. and Atlanta for his postdoctoral training where he enjoyed many of the outdoor activities these places provide. But his heart has always been in Southern California and when his training was complete he returned. When he is not working you may run into him surfing, hiking, or spending time with his family.
