Do you accept insurance?
Onyx does not accept insurance directly, however we can provide the paperwork necessary for clients to request reimbursement from their insurance company.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Please visit the Contact page and provide us with your name, email address, phone number, and a brief description of the services you are looking for. Dr. Carter typically responds within 24 hours. You may call us at anytime at (760) 304-8544.
Current clients can access their information at any time through our secure patient portal. This includes scheduling, paperwork, and billing.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Prospective clients are asked to call us directly to cancel or reschedule their initial appointment. Current clients can access their client portal to cancel or reschedule. ALL appointments require at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation or the full fee will be charged.
